Our luxury slumber party tents are delivered directly to your event location at the pre-scheduled time on the day of your party. Each sleepover setup includes beautifully styled teepee tents (or A-frame tents), plush bedding, and themed décor, creating a magical experience for your guests.

How soon do I need to book my party? 

We recommend booking as soon as you have your party date to secure availability, as our dates fill up quickly and cannot be held without a paid retainer fee. To book, complete the party inquiry form, confirm your event date, and submit your retainer fee.

If you’re booking within two weeks of your event, a rush fee applies, and full payment is required at the time of booking. Since we specialize in custom luxury slumber parties, themed sleepovers, luxury picnics, and hotel room decorating, last-minute bookings may have limited theme availability and no personalization options.

To ensure a stress-free, beautifully curated experience, we recommend securing your luxury event early. Our personalized name signs, balloon garlands, and themed décor require time to craft, making early bookings the best way to guarantee your perfect party experience.

Does setup & delivery require extra fees? 

At C.H.C. Slumber Parties And More, we provide a stress-free, VIP slumber party experience by including setup and breakdown in the price of your event. Our team ensures that your luxury sleepover setup is perfectly arranged before your guests arrive.

Setup & Breakdown Details:

✔ Setup Time: We arrive 3 to 4 hours before the party and require at least 2 hours for full setup.
✔ Breakdown & Pickup: All rented slumber party tents, bedding, and décor will be picked up the next day.
✔ Staircase Fee: A $25 fee per flight of stairs applies for setups requiring transport up or down levels.
✔ Mileage Fee: Additional charges may apply for locations outside our standard service area.

What if the items are damaged?

At C.H.C. Slumber Parties And More, we strive to provide luxury sleepover setups that are clean, well-maintained, and beautifully styled. While normal wear and tear is expected, clients are responsible for replacement costs if items are damaged, missing, or stained.

Rental Care Guidelines:

✔ Protect Sleepover Tents & Equipment – Avoid jumping, running, pulling, or swinging on the tents and décor.
✔ Keep Food & Drinks Away – No food, drinks, gum, candy, slime, makeup, nail polish, or paint near rental items to prevent stains or damage.
✔ Sleeping Pillow Requirement – Decorative pillows are for styling only and should be stored in the provided bag. Guests should bring their own sleeping pillow or rent one for an additional fee.
✔ No Smoking or Pets – Smoking is strictly prohibited around slumber party items. If the event space smells of smoke, setup will not proceed, and cleaning fees may apply. Keep pets away to avoid fur transfer and additional cleaning fees.
✔ Moving Rental Items – Do not relocate items, except for bed trays, which should be stacked neatly in a safe area.

What is the dimension  of the tents?

Tent Dimensions & Space Requirements:

✔ Tent Size: Approximately 72 inches long x 48 inches wide x 48-84 inches high (similar to a twin bed setup).
✔ Flexible Arrangements: We can configure tents in multiple ways to fit your event space.
✔ Room Clearance Required: All furniture must be removed before our arrival. We do not move furniture.
✔ Spacing Guidelines: If tents are placed facing each other, there must be at least 1-2 feet of space between them for guest accessibility.

💡 Our team will do our best to arrange the tents to fit your cleared space. However, if all rental tents do not fit, we will set up as many as possible, and no refunds will be issued for unused tents.

✔ Step 4: Book at least two weeks in advance to avoid a $50 rush fee.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Guidelines:

✔ Cancellation Notice: Notify us via email at least 7 days in advance if you need to cancel your reserved party.
✔ No Refunds: Retainer fees and payments for canceled parties are non-refundable.
✔ Rescheduling Option: You may reschedule your event within 30 days for a new date within one year of the original booking.
✔ Edible Items Policy: If edible items (such as treats, charcuterie boards, or catering add-ons) were reserved, they are non-refundable.
